Acne Comedone Removal (blackheads)

$55 for the first, $10 each, thereafter

Acrochordon Removal (skin tags)

$55 for first; $15 each thereafter

Angiomas (cherry red round blood vessels)

$55 for first and $15 for each additional one by electro-dessication; $125 for first and $40 for each additional one by IPL

Milia Removal (small white cysts)

$55 for first; $15 each thereafter

Sebaceous Hyperplasia (enlarged oil glands)

$55 for first; $15 each, thereafter

Seborrheic Keratoses Removal (brown crusty age spots)

$55 for first; $10 each thereafter; or $250 for as many as can be treated in a 10 minute session. Please note that seborrheic keratoses often need more than one treatment, particularly the thicker ones, and when we attempt to prevent permanent loss of pigment at the treatment sites.

greater than 4 mm and up to 7 mm size diameter: $195 for first, $ 125 for each additional

greater than7 mm size diameter, cost depends on size

Non-face

Superficial shave excision (no stitches): $135 first, $85 for each additional one

Deeper excision with stitches (no extra fee for stitch removal)

up to 6 mm size diameter: $165 for first, $ 105 for each additional

greater than 6 mm and up to 10 mm size diameter: $195 for first, $125 for each additional

greater 10 mm size diameter: cost depends on size.

*If a mole appears benign, based on the medical history and Dr. McCauliffe’s assessment, a waiver can be signed to save the cost of microscopic inspection of the mole. The fee for examining a mole under the microscope is usually around $150-200.
